David Etienne (MSW/MFA) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social work, education, and the arts. Currently serving as the Assistant Community Director at the Center for Supportive Schools since December 2022, David has also held positions as a School Social Worker at Brooklyn International High School At Waters Edge and an Education Specialist at Graham Windham. In addition, David has worked as a Paraprofessional, Substitute Teacher, and College Assistant, contributing to various educational settings. With a strong foundation in storytelling gained from a stint as a writer at Writer-Youth Communication, David holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Master of Fine Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Feirstein Graduate Film School. David's academic background also includes studies in film-screenwriting and business at Brooklyn College and liberal arts with a focus on Creative Writing at Kingsborough Community College.
