Morgan L. Silk, MBA, is Senior Director, Design & Training Operations for CSS. She oversees curriculum development and revision across CSS solutions; reviews curricula to ensure age-appropriateness, inclusivity, and effective instructional strategies; coordinates continuous improvement process to ensure needed updates are made to trainings and curricula; coordinates trainings and events from design through implementation, including overseeing logistics and managing key administrative and training staff at all levels; and facilitates teacher professional development training. Before coming to CSS, Ms. Silk wore several hats in higher education, serving undergraduate students in advising and counseling roles, and as an adjunct professor of sociology and business. She holds a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on international management from Centenary College and bachelor’s degrees in sociology and women’s studies from William Paterson University.
