Vicky Ross

Vicky Ross is a Program Manager, Middle States Region, in CSS’s New Jersey office. She supports school administrators, faculty, and stakeholders throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania to successfully implement CSS solutions. Prior to joining CSS, Vicky was the Educator & School Services Librarian for the Burlington County (NJ) Library System, developing and implementing programs for children and families and serving as the product manager for school services. She also worked as a reference librarian and archives assistant at The Lawrenceville School. Vicky holds a master’s degree in library and information science from Rutgers University and received her bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in women’s and gender studies from The College of New Jersey.
