Leena Sarika

Leena Sarika is an accomplished Salesforce Administrator and Technical Business Analyst with extensive experience in managing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce platforms. Currently, at the Center for Sustainable Energy since March 2020, Leena oversees platform support and collaborates with global teams to address business needs. Previous roles include positions at Highmark Health, Chase, Westfield Insurance, GMR Group, and Thomas Cook, where Leena excelled in requirements elicitation, functional specification documentation, and stakeholder communication. Leena holds two MBA degrees in Management Information Systems and Human Resources Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from NITHM.
