Antoine Hicks M.Ed, MBA, MSL serves as the Director of Workforce Development Training at the Center for Workforce Inclusion, where responsibilities include developing programs for reskilling low-income older adults and collaborating with employers to secure long-term employment opportunities. With extensive experience as an independent education consultant, Antoine specializes in Microsoft Office instruction and instructional design. Previous roles include Senior Technical Trainer at A P Ventures, LLC, Workforce Development Specialist for the DC Department of Employment Services, and various positions focused on education and workforce development. Antoine holds multiple advanced degrees in organizational leadership, business administration, and educational technology, enhancing expertise in creating inclusive learning environments and developing training programs.

The Center (formerly Senior Service America, Inc.) provides training and support to help older, low-income job seekers across the US overcome multiple barriers to employment, secure a meaningful job, and remain employed. We focus on job-seekers who have been underserved by traditional workforce development programs including formerly incarcerated individuals, Veterans, and women.
