Human Resources and Workforce Development

The Human Resources and Workforce Development team at the Center for Workforce Inclusion focuses on creating and implementing strategies to recruit, train, and support older, low-income job seekers, particularly those from underserved communities. They ensure that the organization's human resources policies are inclusive and supportive, while also developing specialized training programs to help job seekers overcome barriers to meaningful and sustained employment.
