Henrique Ferreira

Henrique Ferreira Menezes is an experienced Development Associate at the Equality Action Center in San Francisco, where responsibilities include project management, financial oversight, fundraising, and administrative support for various initiatives focused on bias interruption and women's leadership. Previous roles include Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, contributing to projects on the experiences of Black educators in Latin America and supporting research on Black political violence, as well as serving as a Resident Assistant and Mentor for diverse student communities. Henrique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from UC Berkeley, with minors in Public Policy and Race and the Law, and is pursuing further specialization in Data Analytics in Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
