Rami Elamine is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Information Technology Operations Manager at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities since November 2022, Rami oversees a team responsible for supporting technological operations for 165 staff in a hybrid work environment. Prior roles include Lead Engineer at the Urban Institute, where Rami implemented Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager and led the migration to Office 365, as well as IT Consultant positions with the International Crisis Group and Green IT Systems Group, focusing on system requirements and automation. Rami has also contributed significantly to organizations such as Working America, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and Abt Associates in various IT capacities. Rami holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Davidson College.
