Sparkle Wimberly

Sparkle Wimberly is currently the Head of People Operations & Culture at Center on Rural Innovation and the Chief Executive Officer at Agape Recovery Residence. Sparkle is also a Co-Founder and VP of Development and Community Engagement at SOL of the Cities, aiming to provide positive athletics opportunities to kids and promote community service. Additionally, Sparkle works as a Realtor and Regional Team Lead at eXp Realty, managing remote transaction processing teams and ensuring efficient operations. Sparkle holds a BS in Psychology and Business Administration from Howard University.
