The Revenue Enablement Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing our training needs as well as reporting on the effectiveness of efforts for ongoing improvement. This role will collaborate with Revenue Leaders, Marketing, and RevOps to develop content, process, and practices that drive results (onboarding, ongoing training, ongoing skill development). This role will be responsible for creating and/or project managing content, tutorials, instruction, and learning resources for in person training as well as training through our LMS (Learning Management Software).     You’ll be a hands-on, individual contributor, who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, whether that be by delivering classroom/virtual training, facilitating workshops, or offering 1:1 coaching. More than just a delivery role, you will also be strong at creating engaging training content and resources for the Go-To-Market team to leverage on-demand to enhance their product and skill abilities. 

You Will Have the Opportunity to:

Train and Coach:

  • Serve as a skills expert resource, which includes deep understanding of top of funnel prospecting, B2B Marketing & Sales, and sales soft skills.
  • Share best practices and standardize approaches for BDR’s & AE’s to uncover and qualify new opportunities across our target market.
  • Deliver and train on sales engagement tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, Orum and related.

Program Management: 

  • Assist in building our LMS solution to its full capabilities.
  • Design and deliver effective training during onboarding and ongoing skill improvement programs for the Revenue team.
  • Support initiative-based learning (e.g., introductions of new products and new micro-segment, as well as specific messaging, techniques, or playbooks) as a field enthusiast and subject matter specialist.

Collaborate: 

  • Partner with Revenue Leadership to ensure new employees are ramping successfully, achieving goals and to continuously identify opportunities for skill development.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure product/persona/micro-segment/vertical messaging and supporting materials (email content, social content, snackable content, collateral, product launches etc.) are well understood and communicated correctly.

Analyze: 

  • Run metrics-focused initiatives in partnership with Revenue Leaders to ensure teams are ramping quickly and increasing time to effectiveness.
  • Continue to build and improve Revenue Enablement KPI’s and throughput with our LMS
  • Content Management; ensuring our content is up to date and being utilized appropriately by Revenue.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR/SDR role or enablement role required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in developing and implementing training programs using an LMS tool is required. Experience with Mindtickle is preferred.
  • Preferred 1 - 3 year of experience designing and implementing training programs and initiatives
  • Experience at a fast-paced technology company preferred
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills; experience conducting/presenting training sessions preferred
  • Expertise in top of funnel sales processes, methodologies, and skills (prospecting, qualifying, call management)
  • Self-starter with a bias for action
  • Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering impactful work
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach,LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or a similar software required
  • Comfort with a LMS (Mindtickle), Tableau, Orum and additional sales tech a plus
