Maddie Hansen

Maddie Hansen has worked in various roles since 2012. Maddie started as a Corrections Officer at Arrowhead Regional Corrections in 2012. In 2016, they joined Robert Half as a Lead Recruiter, Recruiter, and Account Executive. In 2019, they moved to the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation as a Senior Talent Sourcer. In 2020, they returned to Robert Half as a Supervisor- Client Success and Client Success Manager. Maddie is currently an Account Manager at Center (getcenter.com) since 2022. During their roles at Robert Half, they used Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and LinkedIn. Additionally, they were involved in developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, and advocating for clients by capturing feedback and reporting requests to product teams.

Maddie Hansen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Minnesota Duluth between 2009 and 2013.
