Nicole McCarthy

Nicole McCarthy has a long history of experience in the customer experience field. Nicole began their career in 2003 as a Travel and Expense Analyst at MassMutual. In 2010, they joined SAP Concur and has held a variety of roles since then, including Senior Manager Implementation Services, Pre-Implementation Manager, Client Engagement Manager, and Director of Implementation Services. In their most recent role, they were the Director of Shared Services. In 2022, they joined Center (getcenter.com) as the Director of CX, Deployment.

Nicole McCarthy attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations.
