Prof. Dr. Gaby Odekerken-Schröder

Prof. dr. Gaby Odekerken-Schröder currently serves as the Chair of the Supervisory Board at MeanderGroep and is an Associate Dean for Internationalisation and Impact as well as a Professor in Customer-Centric Service Science at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. Additionally, Gaby is a member of the Supervisory Board at CentERdata, an advisory member at the NWO's Scientific Advisory Board for Social Sciences, and a member of the International Hospitality Advisory Board at Hotel Management School Maastricht. Gaby holds a PhD in Relationship Management and has extensive educational qualifications, including a Master's and Bachelor's in Business Economics and Marketing from Maastricht University. Gaby's previous roles include positions as an Associate and Assistant Professor at Maastricht University and serving as Scientific Director of the Service Science Factory.
