Rajiv Haridasan

Rajiv Haridasan has extensive experience in quality engineering, program management, and business application solutions. Rajiv has held leadership roles at various companies, including Centerfield, Accenture, and MTX Group. Rajiv has a strong background in directing enterprise-wide deployments and managing relationships with strategic leadership, third-party vendors, and clients. Rajiv is recognized for their ability to identify operational problems and develop quality engineering solutions that reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. Rajiv is an effective and motivating leader who excels in setting clear goals, measuring results, and fostering a learning environment.

Rajiv Haridasan completed their MBA from Sikkim Manipal University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they attended St. Xavier's College from 1993 to 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Rajiv obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2020, and is currently pursuing the AI Challenges and Opportunities for Leadership certification from LinkedIn.
