Denise Jodoin-Gaidis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Denise started their career in 1996 as a Fundraising Coordinator at Hastings Ranch Nursery School and later became the President of the organization in 1997. In 2004, Denise worked as a Volunteer Costume Designer at Dutchess Dance Theater and also held the position of Designer, Instructor, & Sales Associate at Quilt Basket until 2014.

In 2017, Denise served as a Volunteer Mentor at Dress for Success San Francisco/ San Jose and as a Volunteer Receptionist at Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. Most recently, they joined the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD) in 2019 as a Behavioral Therapist and later transitioned to the role of Operations Manager in August 2021.

Denise has demonstrated a commitment to community involvement and has contributed their skills and expertise to various organizations throughout their career.

Denise Jodoin-Gaidis completed their education at Southern Connecticut State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Special Education in 1992. Later, in October 2019, they obtained the Board Certified Autism Technician certification from the BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTION CERTIFICATION COUNCIL.
