Cindy Dougherty has extensive experience in the field of recruitment and management, currently serving as a Recruiting Manager, Regional Recruiting Manager, and Recruiting Manager Expansion Specialist at Centerline Drivers since August 2004. Prior to this role, Cindy worked at UPS from September 1991 to April 2003, managing inbound truck operations to ensure timely arrivals and departures while overseeing load readiness in the Hub. Cindy holds an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Middlesex Community College, obtained between 1983 and 1985, and graduated with a high school diploma from Sayreville War Memorial High School in 1985, along with an Associate’s in Business Administration and Management.
