Shane Keller

Shane Keller has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shane is currently the Managing Director of Recruiting at Centerline Drivers. Prior to this, Shane held various roles at Penske Logistics, including Manager of Driver Programs, Logistics Recruiting Manager, and Manager of Organizational Development. Shane also served as the Mayor of Borough of West Reading from 2006 to 2014. Additionally, Shane worked as a Human Resources Liaison at Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. and held several positions at the County of Berks, PA, such as Interim Director of Human Resources, Deputy Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Generalist, Court System Analyst II, and Judicial Coordinator. Throughout their career, Shane has gained expertise in recruiting, organizational development, human resources management, and leadership.

Shane Keller has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Alvernia University. They also have an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Reading Area Community College.
