Deborah S. Levine has extensive experience in program management, youth development, and digital education. Deborah S. is currently serving as the Chief Program Officer at CenterLink, where they oversee a portfolio of programs and services and provides guidance to program staff. Prior to this role, they worked at CenterLink as the Senior Director of LGBT YouthLink, where they supported the development of youth programs and connected them with national resources. Deborah also worked as a Consultant for the Digital LGBTQ+ Center at CenterLink. Before joining CenterLink, they were the Director of Online Health Education at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where they implemented various digital education initiatives and conducted research for LGBTQ youth. Deborah S. also founded Q Chat Space, a digital LGBTQ+ center for teens. Deborah has previous experience as an adjunct faculty at William Paterson University of New Jersey and as a trainer and community educator at Planned Parenthood of Connecticut. Deborah S. started their career as a high school teacher at Needham High School and New Mission High School. Deborah holds a strong background in program development, digital education, and youth empowerment.
Deborah S. Levine holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Health Macro Practice from the University of Pennsylvania. Deborah S. also obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Simmons University. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology. Additionally, Deborah has a certification in Youth Mental Health First Aid, which they obtained in January 2022 from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
