Troy Johnson, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to present. Troy served as the Executive Director of Operations at CenterPoint Church since 2014, where they provided senior leadership to a multi-campus church with a 2,000-person congregation. In this role, they were responsible for various areas including finances, human resources, facility management, and technology deployment. Troy also led teams for the renovation of churches and rental sites to open them as CenterPoint Church campuses. Prior to this, from 2000 to 2014, they worked at North Shore-LIJ Health System as a Senior Child Life Specialist. During this time, they gained over 13 years of child life experience in various medical settings and demonstrated leadership as they supervised volunteers and interns, created and coordinated an internship program, and served on a team as interim director of the department.

Troy Johnson, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health Services Administration from Hofstra University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they undertook an internship in Child Life at Johns Hopkins Children's Center in 2000. Troy obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Colorado State University between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, they attained an Associate's degree from Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 1993 to 1995.
