Rob Ludwig

Rob Ludwig serves as a Senior Budget Analyst at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where responsibilities include providing budget leadership and financial guidance for the Medicare Drug Benefit and C&D Data Group. In this role, Rob formulates the budget for Medicare programs, overseeing an estimated annual budget of $350 billion. In addition to the current position, Rob has held roles such as Financial Management Analyst, Data Journalist, Budget Analyst, and Acting Deputy Director of Program Budget. Outside of government service, Rob owns Vantage Points Photography, specializing in wedding, portrait, sports, and landscape photography. Previous experience includes working as an IT Specialist at the Social Security Administration and various roles at Erickson Retirement Communities. Rob holds a Master's degree in Applied Sociology with a focus on Gerontology and Statistics, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Cultural Anthropology, and Philosophy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
