Chris Jepsen

Chris Jepsen has extensive experience in quality systems and compliance. Chris most recently worked as the VP of Quality Systems and Compliance at Centessa Pharmaceuticals starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Global Quality, Systems, and Compliance at Moderna from October 2020 to July 2021. Chris also held leadership positions in quality and compliance at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi Genzyme, and Genzyme Corporation. Before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, they served as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy Reserve for twenty years.

Chris Jepsen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Norwich University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Chris later pursued an MS degree in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University, completing the program between 1990 and 1995.
