Sankar Subramanian

Sankar Subramanian is an experienced professional in the field of process chemistry, currently serving as the Director of Process Chemistry at Centessa Pharmaceuticals since May 2025, where responsibilities include leading drug substance development and manufacturing activities. Prior to this role, Sankar held a contract position at Advanced Clinical from December 2024 to May 2025, focusing on the development and manufacturing of drug substance for clinical assets in oncology. As the Director of Process Chemistry at Black Diamond Therapeutics from March 2021 to October 2024, Sankar oversaw drug substance development for multiple lead drug candidates, including BDTX-1535 and BDTX-4933.
