Dr. Raj Shah

Dr. Raj (Rajan) Shah currently serves as the Senior Medical Director of Virtual Care and Care Delivery at Centivo since June 2024. Previously, Dr. Shah held various senior roles at Eden Health from December 2021 to December 2024, including Senior Medical Director and Medical Director for Virtual Care and Medical Offices. Dr. Shah's career also includes a tenure as Medical Director at Northwestern Medicine from February 2015 to December 2021, focusing on enhancing patient care through collaboration and strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as an Intensivist at Guam Memorial Hospital and a Resident Physician at the University of Michigan Health System. Dr. Shah obtained a Medical Doctor degree from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Michigan. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a specialization in Cell and Tissue Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
