Emma Jessica Knox

Emma Jessica Knox serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Centra since April 2025 and is a mentor at both Creative Mentor Network and The Girls' Network. Previously, Emma held several key marketing roles at Klarna from June 2021 to April 2025, including Head of Growth for Klarna Shopping and Global Marketing Lead for Virtual Shopping. Prior to Klarna, Emma was Vice President of Marketing at HERO®, which was acquired by Klarna, and Vice President of Marketing at EDITED, a leader in Retail Marketing Intelligence. Emma has extensive experience in revenue creation, growth strategy, demand generation, and digital marketing, having worked in various leadership positions across companies like HubSpot, Yieldify, and Operative. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Management from Bayes Business School and a Law degree from the University of Aberdeen.
