Robert Kinsella

Director Of Information Systems at CentraArchy Restaurants

Robert Kinsella has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on information systems, culinary operations, purchasing, and menu development. Robert began their career as a Chef at California Dreaming before transitioning to the role of Chef and later Director of Information Systems at CentraArchy Restaurants in 1994. In this role, they implemented backoffice systems to track purchases, inventory, and recipe costs for 20 restaurants. From 1996 to 1998, they served as the Research & Development/Purchasing Manager, overseeing the development of new recipes and establishing vendor relationships. From 1998 to 2010, they assumed the position of Director of Purchasing/Corporate Chef, responsible for vendor negotiations and food cost management. Finally, from 2010 to 2021, they held the position of Director of Culinary Operations, overseeing kitchen operations and menu development. Prior to CentraArchy Restaurants, they also served as the Executive Chef at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites from 1993 to 1994.

Robert Kinsella attended Salesianum High School from 1982 to 1986. Robert then pursued a degree in Computer Science at Seton Hall University from 1986 to 1988. Subsequently, Robert enrolled at Johnson & Wales University from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained an Associate of Occupational Science (A.O.S.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management.
