Giovanna Carolo Poladian

Giovanna Carolo Poladian currently serves as Diretora de Cultura, Estratégia de RH e D&I at Eletrobras since June 2023. Prior to this role, Giovanna held various leadership positions at CTG Brasil, including Diretora de Pessoas e Cultura and Gerente Geral de Recursos Humanos from January 2017 to May 2023. Giovanna's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Duke Energy Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from Gerente Geral de Recursos Humanos to Consultor Planejamento e Custos Sr from March 2001 to December 2016, and earlier work at Enron Energy Services as Analista de Planejamento e Custos Sr from June 1999 to February 2001. Giovanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FAAP, a Post MBA from Kellogg Executive Education, and an M.B.A. in Business and Economic Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, along with an Executive Education certification in Human Resources Management from the same institution.
