Cara Pilbeam

Cara Pilbeam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management, business development, and marketing. Currently serving as Workforce Manager and Training Coordinator at CenTrak since July 2018, Cara oversees logistics for the training team while addressing customer and partner needs. Previously, Cara held the position of Business Development Manager of Graduate Programs at The Princeton Review, where successful marketing strategies were developed, leading to increased program bookings and partnerships. Cara's diverse background includes roles in sales, marketing, customer service, and coordination across various industries. Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relations, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Grand Canyon University, alongside an Associate Degree in Education from Raritan Valley Community College.
