Tori Phillips

Tori Phillips is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Central 1 since September 2021, Tori has previously held significant positions at PARC Retirement Living from April 2015 to September 2021, including HR Leader, where responsibilities included managing an HR team and overseeing the HR function for the organization. Additional roles at PARC included HR Business Partner, focusing on strategic initiatives and operational guidance, as well as HR Associate, acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers in a hospitality setting. Tori’s earlier experience includes working as an HR & Payroll Assistant at Scotsman Hospitality, contributing to HR and payroll functions for over 2000 employees.
