Wendy Kennish

Wendy Kennish is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Tenet since September 2022, Wendy previously held similar roles at Top Aces from March 2020 to June 2022. Wendy's background includes a position as Counsel at CN from May 2013 to December 2019, and as Senior Legal Counsel in Corporate Finance at the Ontario Securities Commission between April 2010 and August 2012. Wendy also spent time at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP as a Partner and at Torys LLP as a Senior Associate. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Harvard University and both an LLB and JD in Law from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, respectively.
