Francisco Galdamez has a diverse work experience in the banking sector. FRANCISCO was a Head of Credit Risk at the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) from 2013 to the present. In this role, they led a team responsible for credit analysis and evaluated credit risk operations in various sectors. Prior to CABEI, they worked as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, evaluating risks in development projects and financial institutions in the Central American region, Panama, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic. FRANCISCO also held positions at Banco Industrial El Salvador, Banco Multisectorial de Inversiones, Banco Promerica El Salvador, and Superintendencia del Sistema Financiero, where they gained experience in corporate finance, international banking, and banking auditing.

Francisco Galdamez is currently a PhD in Finance student at SMC University, with an expected graduation date between 2019 and 2023. Prior to this, they completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Finance at Middlesex University from 2019 to 2020.

In 2007, Francisco obtained an MBA from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, specializing in Project Management. Furthermore, from 1998 to 2001, they earned a Double Major in Economics & Business from Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios.

In addition to their academic degrees, Francisco has obtained several certifications. These include the Green Energy Finance Specialist (GEFS) from Renewables Academy (RENAC) in September 2020, the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst Certification (FMVA®) from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in April 2020, and the Certified Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Foundation (CP3P) from APMG International.
