Andy Fisher

Andy Fisher, GISP, has extensive experience in software engineering and GIS application development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at the Central Arizona Project since June 2010, Andy has also held positions as a Software Engineer and Applications Developer, specializing in full-stack development using ASP.NET. Prior to this role, Andy worked at the Arizona Department of Water Resources from June 1997 to April 2010, where responsibilities included GIS application development with ESRI's ArcGIS Server and various positions as a Hydrologist focused on recharge, WQARF, field services, and modeling. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Arizona State University, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
