Anahit Gasparyan

Anahit Gasparyan is an experienced HRM Analyst and Learning and Development specialist at the Central Bank of Armenia since September 2011, while also serving as a Human Resource Management and English Language Lecturer at the French University of Armenia since September 2013. Previous roles include Training and Development Senior Specialist at Inecobank CJSC and Translator-Training Coordinator at ProCredit Bank. Anahit Gasparyan holds multiple degrees, including a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia and a Master's in Romano-Germanic Languages from Yerevan State University. Additional educational achievements include coaching certification from Erickson Coaching International and a graduate degree in Business English from Winchester College.
