David Hakobyan

David Hakobyan is the Head of Information Security Division at Central Bank of Armenia. With a background in Information Security and IT Management, David has experience working in various companies like Polixis, SoftConstruct, Unit Armenia, Grant Thornton Armenia, and more. David's expertise includes vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, information security standards implementation, and security operations management. David is a skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from State Engineering University of Armenia.
