Antoinette McDermott ACII MSc has rich work experience in the insurance and regulatory fields. Antoinette started their career at Allianz Insurance in 2009, where they held various roles including Corporate Risks Underwriter and Healthcare Underwriter for the Corporate Risks Team. In 2014, they joined the Central Bank of Ireland as an Insurance Supervisor. Antoinette later transitioned into the role of Regulatory Diversity & Inclusion Lead / Behaviour & Culture Specialist in 2018. Antoinette'sexpertise and knowledge in these areas make their a valuable asset in the industry.

Antoinette McDermott ACII MSc has a diverse education history, with degrees in various fields. In 2004 to 2007, they attended the University of Galway and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History. Following that, from 2010 to 2014, they pursued studies at The Insurance Institute and obtained an ACII degree in Insurance. In 2017, they attended Chartered Accountants Ireland and completed a Diploma in Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit. Continuing their educational journey, from 2018 to 2020, they enrolled in the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and successfully completed a Master of Science degree in Management, with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. Most recently, in 2022 to 2023, they attended IOB and obtained a Higher National Diploma in Compliance.
