Marian Dowling

Marian Dowling has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Marian currently works at the Central Bank of Ireland, where they hold the role of Head of Human Resources. Prior to this, they worked at EirGrid as a Talent Management lead and OD specialist. Before that, they had a long tenure at Bank of Ireland, where they held various HR roles, including Senior HR Manager, Leadership & Talent Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior Employment Advisor, HR Manager, HR Consultant, and Change & OD Consultant. In these roles, they focused on areas such as leadership development, talent management, HR strategy implementation, and collaboration with senior management teams.

Marian Dowling pursued their education at University College Dublin. From 2004 to 2006, they completed an MBA degree, specializing in Business Administration. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1998, they obtained a Higher Diploma in Business Studies. Marian's undergraduate degree was a Bachelor of Arts, achieved from 1994 to 1996, with a focus on German and Geography.
