Stephen Thuo

Assistant Director, Finance & IT at Central Bank of Kenya

Stephen Thuo has had two significant work experiences. STEPHEN worked at the Central Bank of Kenya from September 2007 to the present as an Assistant Director, Finance & IT. Prior to that, they worked at the Kenya Farmers Association Ltd. from November 1981 to March 1987 as a Credit Control Accountant.

Stephen Thuo completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

Stephen Thuo attended Alliance High School from 1972 to 1987, where they obtained an EAACE Certificate in Arts Studies.

STEPHEN then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) at the University of Nairobi from 1978 to 1981.

After their undergraduate studies, Stephen Thuo attended Strathmore College from 1987 to 1993 and obtained a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) degree, specializing in Accountancy.

From 1994 to 1996, Stephen Thuo furthered their studies at Strathmore College and earned a CPS (Certified Public Secretary) degree.

In 2006 and 2007, Stephen Thuo attended Moi University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Banking & Finance.

Later, from 2008 to 2011, Stephen Thuo pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Project Planning & Management at the University of Nairobi.

Currently, Stephen Thuo is studying for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Entrepreneurship Studies at JKUAT, beginning in 2012.
