Miguel Angel Aquino Moor

Miguel Angel Aquino Moor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Miguel Angel began their career in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant at Banco Popular Dominicano, where they reviewed customer claims history, determined possible fraud, and requested Mastercard authorizations. In 2006, they also joined Banco Central de la Rep. Dom. as an Administrative Assistant, where they compiled information, prepared statistics, and assisted with asset maintenance management.

At Banco Central de la Rep. Dom., Aquino Moor gradually advanced to become a Financial Analyst, starting in 2014 and progressing to various levels (I, II, III) until 2019. In this role, they received and analyzed financial statements of banks, prepared proposals for monitoring and regulation, and contributed to full-time research at the micro and macroeconomic level of financial indicators.

From 2019 to 2021, Aquino Moor served as a Technical Assessor at Banco Central de la Rep. Dom., conducting research and analysis to assess the performance of banks. Miguel Angel then transitioned to the position of Technical Coordinator and Chief of the Commercial Banking Team in 2021, overseeing and coordinating commercial banking activities.
