Sean Brandenburg

Sean Brandenburg, CPBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Sean currently serves as the CEO of Central Cargo North America. Prior to that, from November 2020 to June 2021, they were open to new leadership roles and showcased their expertise in strategic analysis and implementing company policies and changes.

From 2018 to 2020, Sean held the position of Executive Director of International Development at TransGroup Worldwide Logistics, where they led the development teams and established high-performing operations teams. Sean also created and deployed growth strategies for TransGroup Global Logistics.

Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Growth and Development at Team Worldwide from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for business growth, strategic partnership changes, and establishing high-performing teams.

Sean also had a significant role at Transgroup Worldwide Logistics as the Director of Corporate Development. Sean integrated multiple key initiatives and trained staff members to improve performance. Additionally, they successfully negotiated favorable rates on RFQs.

Prior to TransGroup, Sean worked as the General Manager at Team Worldwide, overseeing the Cincinnati station and growing the international division.

Sean also gained experience in the logistics industry as the International Station Manager at World Trade Cargo & Logistics and the Export Manager at Fritz Companies.

Earlier in their career, Sean served in the United States Air Force, holding various roles including NCOIC Material Controls, Material Management Supervisor, and Mission Support Specialist.

Throughout their career, Sean Brandenburg has demonstrated their ability to lead, develop and implement growth strategies, and improve operational excellence in several organizations.

Sean Brandenburg, CPBA has a diverse education history. From 1985 to 1992, they attended the Community College of the Air Force and earned an AAS (Associate of Applied Sciences) degree in Logistics & Transportation. During this time, they also pursued studies in Information Systems and Psychology at Miami University from 1990 to 1991. Additionally, they studied Computer Science and Psychology at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1985 to 1988. In 2014, Sean obtained certification as a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst from Target Training International, Ltd.
