April Chipman

April Chipman is the GIS Coordinator at Central Rural Electric Cooperative. April previously worked as the Geospatial Coordinator for the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. and as a Geographic Analyst for NAVTEQ. April has a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Oklahoma.

April Chipman has a MS in Geography from Oklahoma State University and a BS in Geography from Oklahoma State University. April also has a certification from the GIS Certification Institute in GIS Professional.

April Chipman reports to Yuvaraj Kondawamy, System Planning Engineer. They are on a team with Larry Gordon - Smart Grid Technician, James McBride - SCADA/AMI Systems Operator II, and David Freeman - Director of Information Systems.
