Brendan Donahue

Brendan Donahue is the general counsel of CME overseeing the company’s legal operations and M&A initiatives. Mr. Donahue joined CME in January 2011 after having previously worked as a M&A/general corporate practitioner in the New York office of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Mr. Donahue is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Colgate University.
