Dr. Sudheer Kumar Yannam is currently serving as a Principal Scientist at CSIR−Central Food Technological Research Institute. With a PhD in Biochemistry from Sri Venkateswara University, Dr. Yannam has extensive experience in inactivating foodborne pathogens using non-thermal liquid plasma technology. Prior to their current role, Dr. Sudheer Kumar held positions such as Senior Scientist at Central Food Technological Research Institute and Group Leader at Codon Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. Their research has focused on enzyme discovery, fermentation processes, and biomass conversion for industrial products.
