Qiying Fan

Qiying Fan is an accomplished Principal Scientist at Precision For Medicine, specializing in biomarker assay development and clinical sample management since September 2021. Previously, Qiying served as a Senior Scientist overseeing scientific support for oncology clinical studies and as a Scientist focusing on assay design for immuno-oncology and gene therapy. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral position at Baylor College of Medicine, where Qiying conducted research on hypoxia-mediated signaling pathways related to cardiovascular and lung diseases, contributing to four peer-reviewed publications and discovering new mechanisms in heart regeneration. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Houston and a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Sichuan University.
