Hridhay Keerthana K

Hridhay Keerthana K is currently working as a Doctoral Researcher at CSIR−Central Food Technological Research Institute. Prior to this, they have held positions as a Part-Time Faculty at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and as a Visiting Researcher at Chiba University. Hridhay Keerthana K holds a PhD in Postharvest management of Fruits and Vegetables from Central Food Technological Research Institute, along with an M.Sc in Food and Nutritional Sciences with a specialization in Food technology and a B.Sc in Home Science from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
