Tom Coombs

Tom Coombs is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Currently serving as FP&A Senior Manager at Central Garden & Pet since October 2020, Tom is responsible for shaping the Data & Analytics strategy within Corporate FP&A. Prior to this role, Tom accumulated significant expertise at McKesson, where positions included Director of Business Intelligence, Manager of Workforce Intelligence, Manager of Finance Systems, Finance Systems Analyst, and Accountant. Throughout this tenure, Tom demonstrated leadership in analytics, spearheaded self-service data visualization solutions, and championed the implementation of the Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, complemented by a minor in Rhetoric & Writing, from Mount St. Mary’s College.
