Lynsey Ellis

Lynsey Ellis is an experienced sports massage therapist currently working at Central Health Physiotherapy since November 2021 and previously at Mint Wellbeing Physiotherapy UK until August 2024, as well as at Pure Sports Medicine from February 2014 to October 2021. In addition, Lynsey has extensive experience as a freelance group exercise instructor for Nuffield Health and Virgin Active, with qualifications in various Les Mills programmes and additional fitness classes. Lynsey also served as a sports massage practitioner during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Lynsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Huddersfield, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
