Joel Eline

Joel Eline currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Central Hudson and as the Founder and President of Spark Data Lab, a company focused on empowering decision-making through insights. Prior to these roles, Joel held senior leadership positions at Brother USA as Sr. Director of Data Enablement and Process Excellence and at PPL Corporation, where responsibilities included Head of Enterprise Data Science and Analytics and leadership of various data-centric initiatives. Joel's career at PPL Electric Utilities was marked by positions such as Director of Business Strategy & Data Analytics, where significant efforts were made to establish organizational excellence in analytics, and roles focused on transmission system reliability and engineering. Joel Eline obtained a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College.
