Nate Miller

VP of Aging & Disability Services at CENTRAL MAINE AREA AGENCY ON AGING

Nate Miller is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) in the State of Maine. He studied social work and psychology at the University of Maine at Farmington, Oxford Brooks University and the University of New England.

He has over 20 years of experience in social work, mostly working in aging and disability services in facilities and communities throughout Maine. Prior to joining Spectrum Generations, he was Community Services Director at SeniorsPlus where he earned the 2017 Healthy Androscoggin Partnership Award. He has been on the board of the Autism Society of Maine, Community Clinical Services, and chaired the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Maine CDC) Western District Coordinating Council. Nate has a special interest in, and passion for, improving their health care system by addressing social and economic determinants of health. His work has been featured by the Tri State Collaborative on Aging, Maine Public Health Association, and Maine Quality Counts among others.
