Adam Desrosiers

Vice President - Electric Operations at Central Maine Power Company

Adam Desrosiers has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Adam started their career as an Assistant Engineer at Spaulding Engineering and Construction Services in May 2004 and worked there until September 2008.

In September 2008, Adam joined Central Maine Power Company as a Construction Manager and stayed in that role until April 2010. Adam then served as a Project Manager from April 2010 to November 2011 and subsequently became the Manager of Electric Capital Delivery from November 2011 to May 2014.

From May 2014 to June 2016, Adam worked as the Supervisor of Substation Operations and then as the Manager of Substation Operations from June 2016 to May 2018. Adam then transitioned to the role of Manager of the NECEC Project, where they worked from May 2018 to February 2021.

During their time at Central Maine Power Company, Adam also held the position of NECEC Director of Engineering & Construction from February 2021 to July 2021. Adam is currently serving as the Vice President of Electric Operations, a position they have held since July 2021.

Adam Desrosiers completed a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Southern Maine in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Architectural and Engineering Technology from Central Maine Community College in 2005.
