Alexandra MacDougall

Alexandra MacDougall currently serves as an Associate Professor of Management at Central Michigan University, focusing on graduate courses in organizational development and organizational behavior since August 2015. Previously, MacDougall held roles as an Assistant Professor of Management, teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses, and as an Adjunct Faculty of Management at the University of Central Oklahoma, where business ethics and principles of management were key subjects. Additional experience includes serving as a Professional Ethics Trainer at the Graduate College, University of Oklahoma, where seminars focused on ethical decision-making were conducted, along with roles as a data analyst and research assistant on various NSF grants. Alexandra MacDougall earned a PhD and MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and a BA in Psychology from Manhattan University.
