Lauren Howe

Lauren Howe currently serves as the Deputy Director and Head of Research at the UZH Center for Leadership in the Future of Work since October 2020. Additionally, Lauren holds the position of Associate Professor of Management at the University of Zurich, with previous roles as Assistant Professor and Postdoctoral Scholar at the same institution since January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford University from August 2011 to January 2019, where Lauren also completed a PhD in Social Psychology. Furthermore, Lauren was an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco and worked as an English Teaching Assistant for the German-American Fulbright Commission. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and German Language and Literature from the University of Virginia.
